However, we have come to the difficult conclusion that we are unable to continue providing a service that satisfies our players.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that service will end on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 20:00 (PT).
We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations and would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
As we prepare for the end of service, we have several important notices to share with our players, and we kindly ask that you read the information below.
■Schedule Until Service Termination
- May 18, 2026 at 20:00 (PT): Sales of [Kupfernickel] and the [Altex Pass] will end, and automatic renewal for the [Altex Pass] will be suspended.
- June 1, 2026 after maintenance (PT): The [Ending Story] will be released.
- June 22, 2026 at 20:00 (PT): Service will end, and maintenance for the transition to the Offline Version will begin.
- June 22, 2026 after maintenance (PT): The update to the Offline Version will begin.
- September 30, 2026 at 07:59 (PT): The period for updating to and downloading the Offline Version will end.
*After sales of the [Altex Pass] end, the in-game Altex Pass screen will no longer be displayed. However, Altex Pass benefits will remain available until the subscription expires.
*Any remaining obtainable [Kupfernickel (Free)] from the [Altex Pass] screen will be sent individually via in-game Messages to eligible players for the remainder of the active subscription period.
■About the Offline Version
Update and Download Period:
After maintenance on June 22, 2026 at 20:00 (PT) ～ September 30, 2026 at 07:59 (PT)
*Please note that play data from the online service will not carry over to the Offline Version. The Offline Version is planned to allow you to play Alterna Vvelt -Blue Exorcist Another Story- offline with all characters fully enhanced, as well as one copy of each Cursed Card fully enhanced.
*The Offline Version will be provided as an update to the current app.
Please do not uninstall the app and keep it installed on your device.
Please note that the Offline Version may become unplayable if your device environment changes, such as when switching to a new device or updating your OS.
Further details regarding the Offline Version will be announced in-game at a later date.

*[Kupfernickel] can be used until the end of service.
*Please note that your login information may be cleared and you may be automatically logged out when updating to the Offline Version.
*Please ensure that you set up a [Transfer Code] and [Password] in advance.
*Please note that the process to forcefully suspend the automatic renewal of the [Altex Pass] will be handled sequentially by each platform.
Depending on your renewal date, automatic renewal may occur before the platform completes the suspension process.
Therefore, we kindly ask all [Altex Pass] subscribers to manually cancel their subscription by following the steps below.

3. The subscription remains valid until the displayed renewal date.
Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
4. Tap [Cancel Subscription] and complete the cancellation process.
